Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's refund rules. 360 Events acts as a ticketing platform and processes refund requests according to organizer policies.
Eligible Refund Requests
- ✓ Event cancelled by organizer.
- ✓ Duplicate ticket purchase.
- ✓ Technical payment errors.
- ✓ Ticket purchased accidentally and approved by organizer.
Non-Refundable Cases
- ✕ No-show at the event.
- ✕ Change of personal plans.
- ✕ Event completed successfully.
- ✕ Tickets marked as non-refundable.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, eligible ticket holders may receive a full or partial refund depending on the organizer's policy.
